P615 The safety and efficacy of ustekinumab combined with sphincter-preserving surgery for perianal fistulizing Crohn’s disease:a single-center retrospective study

Abstract Background To assess the clinical efficacy and safety of ustekinumab(UST) combined with sphincter-preserving surgery in treatment perianal fistulizing Crohn’s disease(pfCD). Methods A single-center retrospective study. The baseline data pfCD patients who met inclusion exclusion criteria visited Anorectal Department Affiliated Hospital Nanjing University Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to March 2022 were collected. Patients assessed for fistula response remission by rectal magnetic resonance image(MRI) disease activity index(PDAI). Patients' MRI PDAI. using Crohn's Index( CDAI). anal function was Wexner score. differences CDAI,PDAI inflammatory parameters, including C-reactive protein(CRP) erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), at 0 week, 8 weeks 16 statistically analyzed. Results total 64 included. Fistula 23.4% (8 weeks), 40.6% (16 51.6% (follow-up endpoint); 21.9% 9.3% 68.8% weeks) 79.7% weeks); 46.9% 59.4% weeks). CDAI, PDAI parameters 8th 16th week significantly lower than those before (p<0.05). There no significant difference postoperative incidence adverse events 1.6%. Conclusion UST is safe effective pfCD.This therapy can effectively improve condition systemic manifestations.
